Southern Snow

Southern snow is fun snow. It shows up every three years or so and when it comes, the whole town celebrates with glee. People rush to the stores to get milk and bread for the gala event. Schools let out not by the number of inches but by the number of flurries. Adults release their inner child and run outside to make a 2" snowman. It's a holiday.
